How
to order a custom
portrait:
1.
Choose your style.
Browse the samples and choose
the type of portrait, either head only or with body, and the
medium
you'd like. Decide if you would like additional items such as
objects, scenery, etc. in your portrait. It is important to
provide a detailed description of what you'd like when ordering.
2. Place an order.
Click
on the order
now link below
and fill out the portrait order form completely.
Upon
receipt of your portrait order, a confirmation email will be sent to
you
with instructions on completing your portrait order, including final
price quote and where to send photos and payment.
3.
Send your
photos.
To
complete your
portrait order, respond via email to the confirmation message and then
send photos and payment either via email or to the address provided.
After
receiving your payment and photos, notification of receipt will be sent
and your project will be scheduled according to the due date you had
specified.
4.
Order complete!
The
completed
portrait will be sent via Priority Mail or, if a rush order,
over-nighted to you.

| Usual
Sizes: 8x10,
9x12 or 11x14 for singles or 9x12 or 11x14 for head
only couples and 16x20 for couples w/ body or groups of 3 or more. The
above prices cover these sizes only. |
| Larger
sizes: Are available but
subject to an additional 5% up
charge for each additional square inch. |
| Props/Scenery: Props
such as buildings, scenery, vehicles or pets are billed as an
additional item and the customer must provide
reference photos. |
| Commercial
Orders:
Portraits for
stationery, websites, apparel for
businesses, promotional materials, and other similar purposes
are available for a 50% copyright release fee. A copyright waiver that
will legally allow reproduction will be sent for
the protection of both buyer and artist. If

$10.00 for Priority mail or $30.00 for FedEx next day. |
| Sales
Tax: Ohio
residents add
6.75% sales tax. |

Rates: Take
